do i have to be part of a group to play?
Not at all! You don't need to be part of a group to play at Laser Tag Central Coast. Individual players are always welcome.
We often have fun group sessions running, so feel free to call us to find the best time to come and join the action.

To secure all party bookings we require a $100 deposit paid via our online portal . For other bookings we require a credit/debit card pre-authorisation of $10 per person. Please note nothing will be charged to your card unless you do not turn up on the day of your booking. Card surcharges apply.

what type of games/party options are available?
Our centre hosts individual games as well as large Groups including Vacation Care / School sport and Birthday Parties.
You can book one of our four private party rooms with a minimum of 8 people. We have our self cater option from $30 per person or fully catered for $40 per person (all you need to do is bring the cake!)

can i book out the whole venue for a special event / Vacation Care Group / School Sport?
Yes you can. We are a large purpose built venue and can cater for groups of up to 100 people. We have four individual party rooms where you have your own private space. In addition to our Laser Tag arena your booking includes access to our free-play area featuring unlimited use of air hockey tables, foosball, table tennis, arcade games, board games and more.

can i prepay for all or part of the reservation prior?
Yes you can. We require a $100 deposit for all party/group bookings which will be deducted from your final bill to be paid on the day of your booking. If you would like to make a larger deposit, or pre-pay the full amount of your booking you are most welcome to. Please call us to discuss this option further 0494132650.
do you offer gift cards?
Yes our Laser Tag Central Coast Gift Cards are available to purchase online and are sent via email to you or the selected recipient. We offer a variety of gift card options, with both $$$ and experience-based cards starting from $30.

can i just Walk in and play without making a booking?
We always do our best to accommodate any walk-in customers, however as our weekends can be very busy, it is always best to make an online booking to secure your spot.

Laser Tag is played in a dark, fast moving environment that can be overwhelming and scary for younger children. Our Laser Tag packs are relatively heavy and not suitable for smaller children to wear comfortably.
We kindly ask that this policy be respected, as it is designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Children under the age of seven are more than welcome to attend our facility as spectators, however they must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

You're welcome to bring fee-standing decorations such as balloon displays, table centrepieces, banners or any items that don't need to be fixed to the walls or ceiling.
To protect the room and ensure safety, we kindly ask that you DO NOT use sticky tape, adhesives or pins on the walls or ceiling (Blu Tack is okay for small wall signs/banners only).

what is your cancellation policy?
For Group/Party bookings, one date change is possible up to one week prior to your booking. Cancellations will forfeit the $100 deposit paid.
Can i bring an ice cream cake and Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes we can store your cake in our freezer or fridge till needed. Yes we have gluten free/vegan options available.
Can I choose which party room i have?
No you can't choose a set party room but we can make a note in your booking of your preference if it is available. Our party rooms are allocated depending on our bookings for the day and the size of your party.
